Luxury Dahabiya Nile cruise in Egypt, sailing the Nile between Luxor and Aswan, explore fascinating Egyptian monuments. We curate unique itineraries that delve into the soul of each destination, connecting you with the heartbeat of local life. Would you like to discover Egypt while cruising the Nile on a dahabiya or a felucca? Are you interested in our offers or do you have any questions?

Introducing Egypt

We spent 5 days and 4 nights on the Historia from Luxor to Aswan. Everything about the ship was first class. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone looking to explore Egypt.

Day Dahabiya Luxury Cruise and Cairo

We will always remember our time on your boat as you truly gave us a trip of a lifetime. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. From beauty of the "Dream" to the smiling and expert crew. Our family of 8 senior/retired adults sailed the Nile as titled gentry of old must have done.

They made sure everything was to perfection. We took the cruise from Aswan to Luxor. The ship is simply amazing and the well-mannered staff and the good services will blow your mind. The staff on the Dahabiya are lovely and went out of their way to make the experience unforgettable. Just returned home from a very wonderful time sailing from Aswan to Esna on the Eyaru Dahabiya. Our daughter and her husband and my two grandsons and my husband and I gave the boat and the staff an A+ rating.

Honestly its there in the title DREAM

There is also the possibility to attend live cooking sessions of your dinner and learn local recipes that you can try when you get back home. Eyaru can be enjoyed all year round and that due to Eyaru’s premier feature, its pergola. The pergola closes off on part of the sundeck by glass. So, there is no need to stay indoor during the cold months and miss the picturesque scenery of the Nile during your stay. And for the first time on the Nile, the staff of Eyaru stays at night on the tugboat, so you enjoy complete privacy on board. The sailing vessel "Elephantine" is built for the pleasure of those who want to experience this magic river in the most original and pleasant way.

I wish to receive exclusive email offers on your cruises. For those not familiar with a dahabiya (and I was not either), it is a most comfortable way to visit the great sights of Egypt. If you want to see more photos from our ships, the cabins, and impressions of Egypt’s beautiful sights and views, visit our gallery here. An experience in opulence, a pharoah's life, is meticulously planned, executed and delivered to you in every inch of space on the Dahabeya.

Visit the remains of its temples and some of the tombs cut into the cliffs. Return to the boat and set sail for Esna. Far away from the crowdsOur Nile Dahabiya cruises will carry you to secluded spots, picturesque and quiet, far away from the crowds. You can go for a walk, visit a local market or explore the Egyptian countryside. An English-speaking Egyptologist will guide you.

Explore the legendary sites of Luxor and Aswan, where the remnants of ancient civilizations stand as a testament to Egypt's rich history. We are delighted to introduce our new dahabiya “Safiya”. This dahabiya is equipped using both traditional and state of the art technologies and equipment.

This tour covers the highlights of Egypt and some sites rarely visited by tourists. The highlight of this tour is sailing the Nile in comfort on board a traditional sailing boat called Dahabiya, as the Ancient Egyptians did thousands of years ago. For many visitors to Egypt, travelling with dozens of guests isn’t their preferred style or their idea of a relaxed holiday.

A professional service from start to finish. Linda's communication was the best I have experienced for a holiday. Amazingly responsive and warm in her communications. Our time in Cairo including the luxury Kempiniski was fabulous and our guide Mohammed was amazing. Our time on the Dahabiya Dream felt like being part of one big family. Joe, Aladeen, Mimi, Adam and all the fantastic crewman are a credit to the company and treated us like Royals.

The word dahabiya is derived from the Arab word for “gold,” highlighting its ancient royal origins. The wooden sailboats, with only two decks and shallow bottoms, have been an option for travelers on the Nile since the 19th century and are based on designs that go back millennia. One way to ensure an experience similar to the ancient Egyptians is to take advantage of today’s luxurious Dahabiya Nile cruises. Spectacular cruise with incredibly warm staff!

Sonesta St. George is a 5-star luxurious cruise decorated in a distinguished turn of the century French style. Elegantly designed, this all-suite Nile cruise ship offers all the excellent services you would expect. 5-star Mövenpick Prince Abbas is a 5-star cruise that offers you a comfortable home from which you can enjoy the beautiful scenery of Lake Nasser and see the magnificent temples and tombs of ancient Nubia. Each member fell in love with Egypt and the "Dream." Once more, please. What an amazing week we have just had on the Dahabiya Dream. We were assured that it was absolutely safe to go, given the problems in the Middle East at the moment, and that was our experience. We felt totally safe and at no point had any cause for concern.
